Shipping policy

All orders will be delivered within 4–9 business days from the date of shipment.

A processing time of approximately 24–48 hours is required, during which we ensure that everything is prepared for shipping. This period is in addition to the personalization time (for personalized products or product variants that require it), which is estimated at 1–4 business days.

Note: the shipping times indicated above are estimates and, although generally accurate, may be subject to slight variations. For this reason, your package may also be delivered before the estimated timeframe has elapsed.

When your package has been shipped, is out for delivery, and has been delivered, you will receive a notification via email or SMS from us and/or the designated courier, keeping you updated on the status of your shipment.
